They were considerably less expensive than others in the area and did not give a min and max for the job in the original quote. They performed the work as indicated for the price quoted. They also went out of their way to explain everything they were doing when asked specific questions.

Quickly returned my request for an estimate...I was slow to get back to the company because winter was setting in and the need wasn't urgent. Romeo honored the quoted price in the spring and was able to work my small job in between others. Clearly communicated his observations with my wife and left the property marked as he had promised. Neighbors haven't questioned the outcome (1 lost a few feet and the other won a foort or two) so I guess his work is good! Not familiar with the pricing structure in PA but I do have peace of mind because of the dollars spent.

My 84 year-old mother wanted to subdivide her property and we were provided two companies to contact. Mark Romeo was the fastest at returning calls, detailed what needed to be done, and sent a quote prompty. He then came over to our house, showed us what our completed project would look like, showed us a sample of his work, and explained everything in easy terms for my mother to understand. He started on time, worked diligently, and took care of everything with the Township and County. The whole process has been going smoothly and he keeps us well informed. We highly recommend him and his company.

My property proved to be a little more difficult than first anticipated from what I understand. Being an older neighborhood, most of my neighbors did not have property corners marked. Mark's team had to go several properties away and work their way back to me, but in the end they were able to mark out the property accurately. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had him come here and do the surveying and stuff, but it seems like it's taken him awful long, but I don't know. I was very pleased with the work.
