About us
Romeo Land Surveying, Inc., with 40 years of Land Surveying experience, specializes in affordable boundary surveys for local homeowners. Romeo Land Surveying has fielded 3 generations of Land Surveyors. Most people don't consider the need for an accurate survey of their land or the need for having their property corners marked. If you are doing any of the following, you should have your land surveyed: Putting up a fence or shed near your property line. Adding on to your home, widening your driveway, building a garage or deck near your property line, increased landscaping near your property line. Not sure where your property line is and would like to know? Want to sell a portion of your land? We welcome your questions. We DO NOT do Elevation Certificates.

"I have never posted a rebuttal to a negative review in the past, as they have been warranted. In this case however, my position is that we lived up to the agreed upon terms and did a more than adequate job of marking the line as needed for a fence contractor or any other project relative to the property line. We placed a total of 4 stakes on the line in question (a line 103 feet in length) and approximately 50-60 feet of flat green lawn is the 'long stretch' referred to in this review. My position is that I thoroughly explained the stakes we set along the property line numerous times and that I could not possibly clarify it any further. My position is also that any subsequent trips to the site to further explain this simple project or time spent on the phone explaining the survey, or replying to emails, would result in billable services that are beyond our initial agreement. When we complete a survey and deliver the map, our contract is fulfilled. I am happy to answer questions and address concerns, but I am not required to make subsequent visits to perform work beyond the initial agreement. When I tell a client we will set 'as many stakes as needed' along a property line, it does not mean free stakes for life."
