He surveyed the property. I paid the bill and he never followed thru with the paperwork that was to be supplied per his quote. He will not respond to voice mails or Emails.

I would have liked to have had better communication on the project delays, but Mark did take responsibility for the issues, and after some initial delays the project was ultimately completed according to our agreement and to my satisfaction.
