"We asked William to assist us in pruning a medium-sized tree and to remove the piles and piles of leaves around our house.  He scheduled an appointment time within days.  He was punctual, did a good job and was very thorough.  He bagged up all of the leaves, placed them in the garbage and even removed debris from our driveway (without even being requested to do so).
We will be using his company in the future.
