From promptly replying to my request for a quote to quickly scheduling the job and arranging logistics, Ciara and the Higgins team were professional and wonderful to deal with. The quality of the installation was impeccable and they left my house as clean as it was before they started. I can't recommend them enough for your next wallpaper job!

Higgins Painting had done excellent work for me a few years ago at my prior home, and they did so again at my current home. I hired them to repaint the living room ceiling as well as the stairway and upper hallway, including both walls and trim, with a very high ceiling above the stairs. They were both prompt and professional at every step, from the in-person quote, to scheduling (which occurred much more quickly than I feared), to performing the job. They were very clear during the quote process, answering all my questions about the estimated charges. Their quote was a bit higher than another painter's, but that painter gave an estimate based on photos (not in-person) and I think the quote was fair and well worth it. Execution of the paint job was excellent, and I especially appreciated them insisting on coming back to put on a third coat when the agreed-upon two coats of wall paint were sufficient. Clean-up was immaculate. Finally, everyone I interacted with was friendly and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Top shelf service from the office staff to the interior painting crew and exterior painting crew. Communication was great. Timely, and full of valuable information. Worth the wait!

The workers were very thorough and did very nice work. There was an issue with the accent wall and Don came out the very next day and corrected the issue. We would definitely us this company again and highly recommend them.

Higgins Painting was responsive to initial request for services, provided a timely quote, and completed the project at the scheduled time. From an administrative standpoint, they were responsive to e-mails and phone calls and seemed well organized. The workers that came to the house arrived early, were friendly, and provided high quality painting services. Would use again for future projects and recommend to others.

All of the work was done professionally and with a great deal of care. All of the workers were prompt and very hard working. When we had questions or concerns, Higgins was there to listen and adjust the plan to meet our concerns. We had some damaged wood that was in need of repair and they took care of that for us. We were also provided some other recommendations to make sure that areas were sealed properly, and they took care of those areas for us. Lastly, their suggestions for painting certain trim work and gutters different colors, really did a number for bringing the whole look together. The whole time, they were committed to making sure that we were happy with the work being done, and that was very comforting to know. I would recommend them to anyone in the Pittsburgh area looking for help with their next painting project.

Working with Cory was a pleasure. We set everything up over email and he was responsive, friendly and professional. He even worked with us on the schedule when there was a conflict. We bought our own paint, but Higgins can supply it at a discount. All of the work was done in one day. And it looked incredible. I couldn't find one flaw in the work. I highly recommend Higgins Painting.

Don is EXCELLENT to work with. He and his crew are very professional and pay attention to detail. Ciara, in the office, did a great job at following up and making sure that my needs were met. I normally do not hire painters because I am too particular and want the job to look perfect and seamless. Higgins painting did a fantastic job and completed all of the painting in just one day. My house is over 100 years old and looks brand new! They were very affordable and reliable. I can't wait to work with Don again on my next flip!!

Most of what they did was great, but we had two doors that were stained and then varnished. There were white marks left after they dried. I called Don Higgins and he said he would come out to look at it. He did and then sent his son to repair the problem. The son just added another coat of oil varnish but that did not correct the problem. I called Don again and he said he would come out to look at it again. I never heard anything after a few weeks so I called him. He said that he doesn't know why it looks like that and doesn't know what to do to fix it. I guess I am stuck with the problem. Don did not offer any solutions or any form of compensation. I used this company because they were rated so highly on Angie's List. I am very disappointed in the results and the response to my problem.

Painting company had to come back after the job was done to correct mistakes. Wallpaper border that I paid to have removed in my bedroom, was painted over. I was not asked if this was acceptable, just told that it wouldn't come off. In one area you can tell.

Excellent. Donnie was extremely professional and responsive. Every time I called him he returned my call within minutes. His crew was there on time, completed the work and the buiding looks great. There was one area that I wanted a little more attention paid to and he was very willing to get his crew out there to make sure that I was satisfied. Wonderful company and would definitely recommend and use them again.

Higgins Painting was very responsive to my request for an estimate and even accommodated a need to get the back roofline painted before we had a pergola installed on the deck and then completed the rest of the work quickly and professionally. They were very friendly and I would hire them again in heartbeat.

Overall, I had a great experience with Higgins Painting. The owner, Don, was very willing to accommodate my timing needs to paint a house prior to placing it on the market for sale. The painters, Brian and Chuck, were very diligent and thorough in the work they performed. The owner visited the work place towards the end to check on the work and to assure that their quality standards were adhered to.

They were very responsive and professional. They did a beautiful job and excellent at cleaning up.
