"Brian has had the animal control contract at our facility for over ten years. He is consistently thorough with setting, baiting and checking his traps. He has removed many problem animals from our facility, some appeared to have rabies. If I need to call him, he is there quickly. His main concern is always getting the job accomplished in a timely and safe manner. Overall, his prices are very reasonable, he is the only pest control man that I will use. "We called him to remove the live bird that had fallen down our chimney and was trapped in our living room fireplace behind the glass screen. He came immediately and removed the bird, which turned out to be a robin, to his surprise. He gave us a "free" estimate for chimney caps at that time and charged us close to $200 (which seemed high for critter removal that didn't take very long and didn't seem very dangerous). We decided to get the chimney caps and dormer seals because this was the second time in 10 years that a bird had gotten trapped in one of our two chimneys.
