Instead, our home was left coated in concrete dust, parts of the job were rushed, and unsafe wiring still powers our sump pump. Promised electrician service has yet to happen. Three months later, the $10,000 filtration system is still unusable. This project has cost us significant time, caused stress for our family, and left us with ongoing safety concerns. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience. Although one middle manager tried to help and arranged partial repairs, upper management ignored most issues. Three months later, the air filtration system remains unusable, electrical hazards persist, and no restitution has been made. What an exhausting mistake at a deeply personal cost. "

Troy went above and beyond to minimize dust in the house by installing a plastic hallway barrier to prevent the dust being too much for me as I have COPD. It is very evident from Troy and his crew’s overall demeanor that they enjoy what they do and do it VERY well!!!!! I would highly recommend Troy and you should book your renovations and repairs as soon as possible because as soon as word gets out about his quality and reliability , he’ll be booked for months!!
