I perform a wide range of tasks from Electrical Installation and repairs such as troubleshooting, re wiring, add ons to exsisting systems, and more!. Plumbing Installation and repairs including minor leaks, re plumbing lines, sump and grinder pumps, water heaters, fixtures, and Drain cleaning! Pool and Spa servicing including opening and closing. Appliance Installations, troubleshooting, and repairs. Fencing repairs and installs. Minor painting exterior and interior. General repairs around the home or business that you either 1. Not sure how to accomplish or 2. the big one.. you don't have the time to get to it. My abilities and skills afford me to do most work on my own. My contacts in the industry are widespread also. Whatever task/project you need done will take one call to me to get it started. You will not find reliability or sound craftsmanship like this. I only sub-contract if needed and the customer is always informed. Each contract is negotiated differently and I always find a way to work with the customer to come to agreeable terms.

"We asked our realtor for a “pit bull” inspector and she recommended this company. We were present with the inspector and asked a lot of questions and listened intently to his concerns and observations. We left feeling like we had some issues but nothing major. Well, after settlement it became clear that the inspector missed a huge carpenter ant infestation that damaged the entire back of the house including walls and beams. He missed leaking windows and pipes that had cause mold and mildew damage in two separate areas of the house. He missed several areas of roof damage and a decaying rotting exterior chime to structure. When I pointed to the ceiling and said is that brown spot a leak he said no, that’s just a missed paint spot! We made settlement after what we thought was a good inspection report. It turns out that we had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on critical repairs that the inspector missed or assured us were minor. The roof and window leaks were severe. The carpenter ant infestation was critical. Needless to say we were very angry and extremely disappointed that these things got missed and we got misled. We would not recommend this inspector to others."

"Wanted a pool. Carlton was recommended by my previous home pool servicer. They advised the Carlton proprietary pool surface material (aqua bright) was the cat's meow. That was enough for me. Carlton did its thing. Of course, as generally happens with construction projects, there were a few bumps in the road. To my experience this seemingly always happens to me. I report, however, that Carlton fixed the issues. In a timely fashion as best it could. Communication was generally good. Honestly the entire process, planning, digging, construction, finishing, cleaning up upon finishing, and needed follow-up to fix the bumps all went smoothly. I would not hesitate using Carlton again. Hope this helps."
