This provider did part of the job. The second part he attempted to unplug the bathtub drain using a toilet plunger which then broke a pipe in the drain. As such, about two gallons of water drained through the kitchen ceiling fan and light onto the kitchen carpet. As this was happening my wife called up to him, he came down, looked at it and left. He never made any effot to help with the clean up nor did D. J. Hannon. When I called to speak with the owner he said that is was between me and my insurance company. Nice!!...

You’ll need to stop or pause the machine using its control panel to start the draining process mid-cycle. Remove the items inside, turn off the power to the machine, and then follow the steps above to drain the machine manually.
