"The job involved cleaning carpets, two living room chairs, and sheer curtains in two rooms. The service was prompt and everything looked very fine when the job was completed. I was impressed with the promptness and courtesy of the young man who came to give the estimate and to do the cleaning and would definitely recommend this company's services to others. The fast drying time was an added bonus."

"It went perfect! They were very efficient and thorough! Everything that we agreed upon was done and then some. They were very easy to discus my needs and the price was very fair for the job that was done. The cleaners are very professional."

"Initial contact was positive. First appointment missed, second appointment only 1 person came to clean whole house! She could not complete cleaning in required time frame. Agreed to return. So far, pleased with the quality of the cleaning. Repeated calls to set up and confirm final cleaning were not returned. Left oven with oven cleaner sprayed and not reported to owner. Owner turned oven on and nearly was overcome by oven cleaner residue. Paid up-front for service but only 2/3 of job was completed. Have not been able to contact to complain."

Drapery Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You should avoid putting anything in the dryer that could be damaged from the heat or tumbling motion, or caught in any parts of the dryer. While there are some items that should never be dried (such as spandex, silk, leather, wool, etc.), there are some items you can dry, but only if you put them in a mesh bag first. These are usually delicate items or any items with strings or pieces attached that could be ripped off in a drying cycle.

Strat decluttering for the holidays by removing trash and organizing items into different piles that you’ll keep, donate and toss out. Whatever you intend to keep, find a specific place for it, and if you buy something, get rid of an item that’s taking up space. Start small, go room-by-room, and don’t try to declutter all at once—doing so can get overwhelming.

Use a combination of blackout methods to truly black out your windows. If you want to eliminate all light from your room, try installing a very dark tinted film and then putting up blackout shades over the entire window. Reach out to a professional and request some custom-made shades for the best result.

It’s a good idea to wash curtains every six months or so to avoid allergens from building up in them and to get rid of any odors from cooking, exercising, or pets. You might want to wash your curtains as often as every three months if you have multiple pets, someone in your family is highly allergic to dust or pet dander, or you cook often with aromatic spices or oils. You might consider a standalone cleaning if you get stains on your curtains or they are visibly soiled.

You’ve stored your coats away all summer long, but now that the temperatures drop, you notice they smell weird as you pull them from storage. What’s the deal? If your clothes smell weird after you stored them, they may have been in a moist, dark environment for several weeks or months. This environment is ideal for mildew growth, which can make clothes smell musty.
