I called him and asked him to send some pictures of the work he had done in the neighborhood. I have never had to get my driveway done before so was not really sure how the process worked. Matt was patient with me, told me about the process from start to finish. He gave me an estimate which I took to my parents to make sure I was getting a good deal. Matt makes you feel comfortable. "Poor service follow up after the job was done. Henry showed up for an estimate as promised, gave what seemed a reasonable price. After the job was done, there were some areas at the end of the driveway that looked underdone. It rained that evening, and some of the coating watched away. I called the company the next day and was promised that Henry would come by. Promises were made twice with time frames (by who I believe is his wife who seems to manage the business) but he never showed up. It has been a few weeks and I have stopped calling. They have not followed up. In short, the basic job was done adequately for the most part, but actual customer service after the sale to address issues, has been non-existent. Would not recommend."
