You will not find reliability or sound craftsmanship like this. I only sub-contract if needed and the customer is always informed. Each contract is negotiated differently and I always find a way to work with the customer to come to agreeable terms.

"Right from the beginning the couldn't keep to the schedule. They came 4 times, the first 3 the cleaning was incomplete. I told them from the very beginning interview that if something broke I was to be informed, don't want them hiding it. The 4th visit they broke the knob off the stove and hid it. When I informed them, they became defensive and offered to mickey mouse it back. Never apologized."
