"Josh and his crew were polite, timely, and catered to our schedule. Josh was responsive to all of our questions, provided a great quote, and delivered on everything promised. His crew was great, and the crew lead went over each room with me to ensure that the job was done correctly. We are more than happy with the finished product and will be referring Josh and his team to anyone who needs the services he provides."

"I liked the fact that the company provided a cell number and not just the office number. I called the cell phone number provided and spoke to Al right away. I informed him of the issue I had with my house and he informed me that he could meet me at the house in around an hour and a half to take a look at the problem. The whole time on the phone with Al was a good experience and even in person Al was very nice and knowledgeable and was very personable. I was able to make an appointment to fix the problem with in a couple of days and the pricing was reasonable. Great experience with this company."

Trampoline Assembly questions, answered by experts

The average cost to install a playground is around $500, with most homeowners spending between $150 and $1,200 on installation labor. The total project cost can range from $500 to $2,500. These prices typically do not include the playground equipment itself, which can cost an additional $100 to $1,500.

Several factors influence the final installation cost:

  • Playset Details: The type, size, material, design complexity, and number of accessories.

  • Site Preparation: Costs may increase if the land needs to be leveled.

  • Yard Accessibility: Difficult access for installers can raise labor costs.

  • Customization: Custom-built playgrounds are more expensive to install than premade kits.

  • Permits: Local permitting fees may apply.

Additionally, remember to budget for playground surfacing, which can cost $15 to $160 per cubic yard, or up to $225 per cubic yard for poured rubber.

It’s usually possible to install a playground yourself, but we don’t recommend it. Playground construction can be complicated and involves moving large, heavy, and bulky components into place while you affix them to other pieces. Not only is the work physically demanding, but any mistakes could reduce the lifespan of your playground and potentially put any children who use the equipment at risk of injury. It’s relatively inexpensive to hire a professional playground installer, and it’s usually worth the investment, if only for the peace of mind it provides.

Inspect regularly for wear, tighten bolts, and clean surfaces to ensure safety and longevity.

Yes! It’s always a good idea to anchor your playset. Even though they’re heavy, it doesn’t take much wind to blow one over. Anchoring everything to the ground makes it a lot safer for your kiddos.

Material markup costs and labor expenses are the additional primary costs of hiring a playground installer over building your own set. Labor costs are typically less costly than some more specialized home improvement projects. DIY swing set construction is less expensive than professional installation but will take considerably more time and effort to perform.
