The overall quality of the work completed is quite good, and I’m happy to be able to actually use my backyard now. "Poor service follow up after the job was done. Henry showed up for an estimate as promised, gave what seemed a reasonable price. After the job was done, there were some areas at the end of the driveway that looked underdone. It rained that evening, and some of the coating watched away. I called the company the next day and was promised that Henry would come by. Promises were made twice with time frames (by who I believe is his wife who seems to manage the business) but he never showed up. It has been a few weeks and I have stopped calling. They have not followed up. In short, the basic job was done adequately for the most part, but actual customer service after the sale to address issues, has been non-existent. Would not recommend."
