After waiting two weeks, they called to tell us they were not interested in working with us. During these few weeks, we tore down the paneling and insulation.  We contacted Superior Insulation after noticing their great reviews here on Angie's List. We talked to Rick who gave us an idea of what the solution was and set up an appointment to view the problem area. Once he saw the problem area, he decided on a slightly different solution.
