"At first I was quoted an outrageously high price, and then I didn't get back to them quick enough (as it was labor day weekend) so the guy dropped the price by over 20%, which I guess was too low for them as after that, they scheduled an install date of 9/12, on which date they never showed up and used the excuse that the "vendor ordered the wrong materials" but not to worry, they'd reschedule for 9/20 and give me a better price, but never actually did get back to me about said price, texted them 9/19 to confirm yes we are still on, waited all day, nobody ever showed up, called, texted or answered my text, finally I called the main number and got some guy Jose who told me the installer had "car trouble" at which point I told Jose to please cancel the contract as I had no desire to deal with such a dodgy unprofessional company, 10 minutes later the installer magically showed up at my door (4:30 PM on a Saturday!) at which point I told him I had already canceled the install."
