He agreed to return when the weather was warmer to finish the job. Well itâ s October, So I contacted him and received a prompt reply and now 3 days later the job is completed. Very good work. Carlton honors his warranty."

They explained the plan and then proceeded to implement. My couch looks like I had just bought it after they were finished. Not a crumb or dog hair to be seen. 😀 They then cleaned the carpet. It looks like new, I don't even want to walk on it. By the time they left, the upholstery was dry and the carpet was almost there. I am so pleased with the job they did and they were so courteous and helpful.
