"On August 6th, 2018 Cochran's Property Services was hired to replace two old porches. One in the front of the house and one in the back. Septemberr 27, 2018 he started work on the front porch. Two days later he did more. He said that he would be back the following week to finish the front and start the back. He never showed. There have been continual excuses about why he hasn't. On October 16, 2018, I asked for a refund. November 27th, 2018 I reminded him that I wanted a refund. December 27, 2018, I reminded him that I wanted a refund. At that point, he banned both the wife and me on Facebook. He will not return calls, emails and we are blocked on Facebook where most of his business seems to be funneled. We have been in contact with two other couples currently going through similare issues and one couple that had the same problem in the past. As of this point, 5 months later, less than half the work has been done. Half the product delivered, thousands of dolors flushed and no change in site. Not just for use but for other clients of his as well. Photos of unfinished front attached. The back was never started."
