He uses only GAF materials which have a lifetime warranty and a limited window warranty. These products are made here locally in Pennsylvania. My roof was just over 3000 square-foot and he had it done in four days, this may vary depending on weather. I would highly recommend Brian if you want the job done right. He is not a contractors upon his work off on hire employees is hands-on and very conscientious of his craftsmanship

With the furnace situation, getting parts on time was problematic, but Jim was tenacious and the repair is now complete. His team also installed two sump pumps in the crawlspace without complaint. A basement crawlspace where you cannot stand up is not a fun environment to work in. Jim and his team are troopers. I wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation

The roof replacement was performed approximately one month after the proposal, and the quality is excellent. There were small things that were done that do not appear in a proposal. Adequate covering was provided for any threatened rain. All loose plywood was nailed down. All loose nails were removed, including any that had found their way into the gutter. This is a careful and conscientious professional. Brian works with one longtime coworker. So when one reads Brian’s favorable reviews you can be assured that these reviews are applicable to his future jobs. Many roofers have crews that change in composition.
