The quote was to replace 15 boards on our outside deck. Nowhere did it say or was I told these were fifteen 8-foot boards. They arrived with fifteen 16-foot boards. They put them on the deck. I was charged double the quoted amount, since it then became apparent that the quote was for 8-foot and not 16-foot boards."

To his credit, he did inform me that his estimate would probably be higher than other estimates I would receive. I decided to go with Josh because I felt he was honest, how he communicated with me and because he was available via telephone. Unlike other drywall contractors, who did not show up or were very flaky with the communication. Josh started the work on time and finished when he said he would be complete. Josh did a great job with my ceilings. The drywall was installed, taped, and sanded. I was very impressed with the work they did and I would absolutely hire him again.
