Called the company and spoke directly with the owner, who explained his schedule that day and communicated throughout the morning a timeframe on when he would be able to diagnose our problem. Luckily, it took a quick snake but David made sure to explain not just what he was doing, but why, before moving on to a different task. He was professional and courteous of our concerns regarding the cost and scope of the repair. He replaced an access cap out of good faith because he felt it was the right thing to do based on the condition of the existing one. The biggest takeaway is after the fact we came to realize he squeezed us in between jobs when what was very likely time for his own lunch, only to hit the road for the next stop. Would recommend to anyone, and WILL use again."

"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."
