There were gaps in between bath fixtures and wall and a sloppy attempt was made to caulk but gaps remained.  Extremely bad spackle jobs on the walls and ceiling.  Spackle was not sanded down properly and the seams are noticeable on the wall.  To avoid finishing the grout on the floor, the vanity was installed over the part not grouted however the vanity does not reach the floor and incomplete work is noticeable.  Exhaust fan stopped working and recently the bolt on toilet has become lose causing the toilet to shift.  It was less then a year ago when this work was completed.  I now have to hire a company to correct their mistakes.  Poor communication with the owner.  Requested additional services but did not receive (but also did not pay for).  No one followed up to check completed work or my satisfaction. So many issues...to little space and time.  Maybe they got overwhelmed with work and I got the short end of the stick.
