"My tile shower needed to be regrouted, caulked, and sealed. Over the years, I tried to regrout and caulk my shower with over-the-counter type grout and, not being a professional, all I was accomplishing was sealing the cracks and it looked terrible when I was done. I needed a professional and I found the perfect person in William Wolffe of Wolffe Tile & Grout Restoration. Will was great. He was professional, courteous, meticulous, and certainly well-experienced. It is amazing how Will was able to restore my 30-year-old tile shower to better than new. "Will called me right after I viewed his site from another list. He came within 2 days to discuss what I wanted and gave me an approximate cost. After a little negotiation, we settled on the price and he told me when he would start the job and how long it would take to complete. Altho it took him a few extra days, it was well worth the wait! He left the job site clean each day, taking all his debris with him. That in itself was worth it! Didn't have to worry about stray nails, pieces of wood, etc. Job well done!

For high-traffic areas, look for formulas that have heat-resistant and acid-resistant features. While there are economical and convenient spray-on sealers, they don’t coat the surface as effectively as the ones you apply with a pad or brush. 

Engineered stone is nonporous, unlike natural stone, and does not need to be sealed. You do not have to worry about etching or bacterial growth. It is more durable than natural stone and concrete, as well as highly heat resistant. Engineered stone is easy to clean and maintain. You can wipe it down with warm water and soap. Use a non-scratch scrub pad for stains and avoid any harsh cleaners. Engineered stone can even be eco-friendly, with some manufacturers using waste byproducts or organic resins.
