"The work was originally scheduled for June 1, but was moved up to the beginning of May due to availability. I had hoped they would have contacted me the day before to ensure me they were coming, but that would have been extra for them. The guys showed up on time, and with the proper tools. The two individuals were friendly and respectful of my property. They took the time to show me some things while replacing my windows and discussed some of the things they were doing which was nice. They windows were replaced in a timely manner, they were not rushing as my house was their only job of the day. I was happy they were being paid hourly, not by-the-job, so there was no need to hurry. I had a bay window replaced with a slider, they "flashed" the outside, and created a new "sill" on the inside which was a concern of mine. The windows were brand new and seem to be exactly what I ordered. They are performing well and I do not have any issues with them. I like the design we picked out and they are clean and nice. At the end of the job,bthey did not leave any debris or garbage. They also took the time to ask me if their job was satisfactory."
