Had problem getting our Title from last mortgage companey we were sold to (didnt have) and we had lost our legal copy do to Sandy. Had unofficial HUD pappers that seemed to help. Had to extend a little at a little extra cost, but was well worth it. Dont think we will ever Refi again, but if we have to, will defenatley call Mark again.
