Depending on work, we require one-third of total job up front for labor and materials, and the remainIng two-thirds upon completion of the work. Sometimes people need smaller jobs done and it can be cheaper to pay by the hour. In this case work is performed at the rate of $35/hr for the contractors services plus $10-$15/hr per laborer plus the cost of material. We don't subcontract any of our work out.
