MT Building Services has been in business since April 1, 2007 and serves all of Pennsylvania. We provide comprehensive inhouse building science expertise, including, electrical and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services. Our mission is to save energy, lower utility bills, reduce environmental impact, and provide safer overall living conditions for our customers. Our specialty is helping homeowners, the economically disadvantaged, and nonprofit organizations. "Hi Mike! As we've previously communicated, we are a contractor for the WARM program and are required to follow very specific guidelines when it comes to the work we're able to perform. This program is not considered to be a charity. It is a government funded program that provides energy efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and help lower utility bills. We do our best to provide these solutions within the scope of work in which we are approved for."
