"We asked our realtor for a “pit bull” inspector and she recommended this company. We were present with the inspector and asked a lot of questions and listened intently to his concerns and observations. We left feeling like we had some issues but nothing major. Well, after settlement it became clear that the inspector missed a huge carpenter ant infestation that damaged the entire back of the house including walls and beams. He missed leaking windows and pipes that had cause mold and mildew damage in two separate areas of the house. He missed several areas of roof damage and a decaying rotting exterior chime to structure. When I pointed to the ceiling and said is that brown spot a leak he said no, that’s just a missed paint spot! We made settlement after what we thought was a good inspection report. It turns out that we had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on critical repairs that the inspector missed or assured us were minor. The roof and window leaks were severe. The carpenter ant infestation was critical. Needless to say we were very angry and extremely disappointed that these things got missed and we got misled. We would not recommend this inspector to others."

Above my competition I take pride in my work and knowledge of remodeling and pai noting needs I attended the art institute of Philadelphia for visual communications which I believe gives me the artistic edge my competitors simply don't have I will not try to beat prices you received from other. Contractors I know the right products and right way to do the job and always make sure to get a detailed description when getting estimates Paint house does not say whether or not they will pressure wash (2700 p.s.I. minimum),scrape , putty, replace damaged wood where necessary, primer one coat or just bare wood Anyway comparing apples to apples there's only a handful of capable insured companies in the area yes I'm sure you can get it done cheaper but you'll never beat out my experience or quality So if you want job done correctly and meticulously by a local artist with plenty of happy customers you can talk to about their experience with our co.I'm one of the best choices you can make

She skillfully explained details of services of their company and arranged appointment for measuring 6’ sliding door & brought samples of 3M Films available for installation. Rose took care of all details. Her husband Carlo completed installation. A very successful experience! So when we decided to have the 6 Double-hung Living Room Windows (room has a 20’ height with 3 upper windows & 3 lower windows) and 1 Double over Kitchen Sink it was a “no-brained”. Just simply contacted them on 02/24/21 and Carlo skillfully, professionally, proficiently, neatly, quietly & expertly on 03/02/21.
