I feel Marc explained to me the whole process, was fair with his prices, and he managed to do in a week what would have taken me many more months to do. Plus, I would have had to pay someone to haul away the freezer and piano and other heavy items. There was one time when he forgot he had a meeting with me(that explains the lower grade on punctuality),but he was easy to reach by phone at all times. I can't comment on his accuracy in appraising items, because that was not my focus. I just wanted everything out of the house, and he accomplished that goal for me."
