They ordered a custom cap in a few days and installed in one week, they also performed a full cleaning with discount in the total of the service. "Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."
