"After setting the intention of finishing my basement, I knew I was going to be meeting with at least a dozen GCs in the Lehigh Valley area. As a homeowner, this is a massive investment so I was very careful in my selection process. After meeting with John Zyskowski, it was very clear to me that he was a level above all the other GCs that I met with. John was one of the very few that had a strong professional background as a GC in home building. And for what he was offering in our agreement, the pricing was very reasonable. I was very specific with him that I wanted a soundproof basement from the rest of our house, so that I could enjoy my home theater sound system without bothering people upstairs, and he absolutely delivered on that. Other aspects like the plumbing for the full bathroom were very complex, but with Johnâ s experience it was no issue for him. He is very easy going and friendly. He will never put pressure on you as a client and will listen to what you want most out of your finished basement, that was what I appreciated most. I highly recommend setting up a meeting with him."

It actually caused mud to pour into the pool TWICE and costs $3000 each time to empty,clean,and refill the pool. I called multiple landscape/drainage pros for estimates and either they quoted a ridiculously high price or never called back. I found Tom on Angi and he came and looked right away. His quote was very reasonable and he didn’t seem too worried about it. He and his team showed up when they said they would and knocked the project out in 2 days! ( I work construction and thought it would be at least double the time.) They excavated the dirt around the edge of the pool and added a deep layer of river rock plus created a vertical paver wall to ensure the water wouldn’t get in the pool. They also used the removed dirt to create a berm in the backyard to further redirect water. They covered the berm in wildflower seed and straw. Overall, everybody is ecstatic with how they fixed our problem. 100% professional quality. His guys worked non stop and they cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend using Tom and his team."
