"We ended up being very disappointed with our experience. Our roof was not completed in one day as promised. The roofers left suddenly the day it was supposed to be completed and didn't return until 2 days later. We were told that they held their contractors to the highest of quality standards. We did not see this. The cuts were uneven, and they permanently shut our coal shoot. We found multiple cigarette butts in our yard from the roofing team and multiple screws were left behind. They did come back and fix the uneven cuts and opened our coal shoot but left a thick line of black caulk on our house and removed part of the roofing, so the old shingles were exposed. The gutters seemed to be okay, despite an area that was bent that needed to be fixed. We eventually got to the point where we were so frustrated, we decided we just wanted to be done. "

The crew was also excellent - working in some pretty terrible cold weather including a Sunday in the snow! The roof took longer than expected due to the weather, but the job appears to have been done very well. Now for the only negative, The Project Manager assigned to my job wasn't the best. At times he was very communicative, and other times he was unresponsive. All in all I would recommend this firm and would use them again in the future."

He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. On top of that cracked a bunch of tiles on the bathroom floor that they filled with caulk and have ignored what they have done since. Tried reaching out several times and no one has gotten back to me. Basically take the money and run company."
