The contractor was very patient and when we did call he arranged to come the following Saturday. He was on time and did a very good job. It took more time than the coupon stated but he had warned us and told us his rate for additional hours when he came to look at the job.He worked hard and did  not take any breaks.All in all we were very satisfied with the entire experience.
