"The work was done with a lot of professionalism and the the come was wonderful. Michelle and I have been wanting to plan these trees for privacy and the work seem overwhelming to us because the project required planting 15 thuja. Evergreen trees. We finally decided to hire D&E Lawn Care and Pressure Washing as er recommendation from a friend and it was a very good decision because their job was awesome our trees look amazing, they clear the debris and cleaned up. They were very efficient and professional."

"The guys were great! Also cleaned out a gutter while they were up there. Everything went smoothly and as expected. I had waited two years too long to use the coupon, but still pleased with the service.

"          It went very well. The contractor came out to see what the job entailed. He put us on his schedule right away. We explained that we needed to clean out the garage and we would call. The contractor was very patient and when we did call he arranged to come the following Saturday. He was on time and did a very good job. It took more time than the coupon stated but he had warned us and told us his rate for additional hours when he came to look at the job.He worked hard and did  not take any breaks. All in all we were very satisfied with the entire experience.

Deck Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Coping is the material that lines the perimeter of a pool and seals the transition between the top of the pool wall and the water. Decking surrounds the poolscape and extends far beyond the water's edge to provide a safe walking and lounging area. In short, coping is the border between the decking and the pool itself.

The best time to paint your deck is when temperatures are neither too cold (below 60 degrees) nor too hot (above 85 degrees). Always paint your deck when there’s no risk of rain. For fast-drying paint like acrylic or latex, ensure your deck can dry for at least four hours. Oil-based paints take longer to dry and may require 48 hours to completely cure.

Yes, it’s definitely possible to build a pergola on an existing deck. All you need to do is attach the pergola support beams to the deck’s joists and build up from there. Beware that mistakes can damage your deck, so if you’re at all unsure of the process, play it safe and hire a pro for your custom build.

In most cases, your deck will need some form of deck footing to hold it in place, preventing moisture from rotting your wood and decreasing your deck’s lifespan. Concrete deck blocks are the most common type of footing for floating decks. Some homeowners use ground-level deck footings. For added security, consider digging and laying your ground-level footings below ground.

An above-ground pool with a deck can increase your home's value by as much as 4% to 7%, but it depends on your local climate, potential buyers, and the size and condition of your pool. Some buyers see a pool as a liability instead of a luxury, especially if it's at the end of its life span. In general, it's best to add a pool and deck to your property if it will bring you enjoyment—not because it raises the value of your home.
