He devised a design which was far superior to what was originally contemplated. And cheaper as well. All-Type-Fence worked with the township to obtain the necessary permit. Mike noticed in the township's original instructions that the fence would have to be set back 6 feet from the sidewalk. Mike contacted me and suggested the township property drawings probably had an error. So I contacted them, and after looking into it, Mike was right ! So we were able to put the fence closer to the sidewalk, realizing a much better look. Brenda in their office coordinated everything very efficiently making the entire project painless for us. "Had an old wooden picket fence that was falling apart. Montco Fence replace the wood fence with a white Vinyl picket fence. The guys were terrific, it was a tough job in that part of the fence went through fairly heavy vegetation that required a lot of work to remove the old fence.
