The problem was that he was a one man show and missed many days of work due to snow removal responsibilities. I would use him again, but not for a job in the winter where being on a schedule was paramount. His price was very fair, he used the top quality materials that he said he would and I will use him to do the exterior of my house this summer, but I learned the scheduling limitations."
