"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. I asked if someone would be calling to schedule the work to be finished. He assured me that someone would be calling. No one ever called or returned."

"Caleb was very easy to work with from the initial phone call forward. Highly transparent and reasonable with his estimates and excellent communication throughout the job. We had high end LVP flooring installed after tile removal. Upon tile removal, he paid attention to every detail making sure the subfloors were level and reinforced. Caleb also has great craftsmanship with his flooring cuts and minimizes waste. Our flooring was a combination of mixed widths. He did a fantastic job of running the patterns through all rooms and matching up without any transitions. We would highly reccomend Caleb to anyone looking for a top notch and detailed contractor that will get the work done the way it should be."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He changed five locks in my doors and gave me four sets of keys. He accidentally put one of the locks on backward, but he corrected it. The locks and keys work well."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "They did very nice work and were very professional. They even re-laid a brick that had come out of alignment (in the past a mason had simply filled in with mortar when repointing). We have had long standing problems with water getting in, and they made special effort to obtain and use a commercial-grade caulk we wanted for the base of the wall."
