"Kept their schedule and kept us informed as the project progressed. Courteous workers and the salesman, Richard was very professional and friendly. Reported damage but now found it to be the loss of some gutter helmet and the nailing of the end guard to the roof which destroys the function of the guard. The end piece was missing so instead to telling me they just nailed the end to the room instead of keeping with the functional design of the gutter. No satisfaction and a hassle when first reporting the initial problem as seen at that time."

I moved to the Hermiston area almost 3 years ago to work at the Amazon Data Centers as one of their Engineers.\nI was a Chief Electrician/Engineer onboard a 400’ Factory Trawler in the Bering Sea for 10 years before Amazon. I worked 6-8 months a year in Alaska then the rest of the time doing remodel work, plumbing, electrical, Sheetrock, roofing, flooring, decks, and painting.\nRemodeling is something I love to do and my work shows it. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
