"Kept their schedule and kept us informed as the project progressed. Courteous workers and the salesman, Richard was very professional and friendly. Reported damage but now found it to be the loss of some gutter helmet and the nailing of the end guard to the roof which destroys the function of the guard. The end piece was missing so instead to telling me they just nailed the end to the room instead of keeping with the functional design of the gutter. No satisfaction and a hassle when first reporting the initial problem as seen at that time."

I moved to the Hermiston area almost 3 years ago to work at the Amazon Data Centers as one of their Engineers.\nI was a Chief Electrician/Engineer onboard a 400’ Factory Trawler in the Bering Sea for 10 years before Amazon. I worked 6-8 months a year in Alaska then the rest of the time doing remodel work, plumbing, electrical, Sheetrock, roofing, flooring, decks, and painting.\nRemodeling is something I love to do and my work shows it. "We ordered the pad, they sent us a kit to create the template used to make the pad. Was easy to use and sent it back. A few weeks later the pad came and fit perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
