 + -1 moreShe was by far the best price of the quotes I received ($8000 and $5000). There were some grammatical errors in the report, but she accepted my feedback without complaining. She also answered emails from the County directly without charging me more.
Description of Work: Julie created a report for a Multnomah County Significant Environmental Concern for Streams permit for an addition to our home. She created a field report with a description of our property, the land topology, soil conditions, vegetative communities and a mitigation plan to offset the changes within the stream buffer.
