She has been running her business while she battles her 12 yr old's cancer. I am so impressed with how she is able to manage everything. I prefer Christine or Ciera to clean my home, as I am particular and they know exactly how I like my home cleaned. I plan on using Christine's business for more years to come. "It turned out okay with Crystal Clean . The cleaning itself was fine, the dealing with them wasn;t quite as good. When I first called up he said that the deal had expired and it was no longer valid. He ended up "honoring" it but it wasn't very "customer is always right", it was more of putting it on a type of attitude. I've been in the place for 9 years so it needed a pretty good cleaning, he looked at it and it was a small place and it was on a lowed end of a square footage range that they said they would cover and then he told me that it was going to be double. Unfortunately, I was in a tight spot because I had to have people come through and review for the move out in 2 days so I had to do it. That portion of it was not the best experience, the cleaning was fine."
