"I interviewed a few contractors to completely remodel my kitchen before choosing Millspaugh Maintenance Engineering because of the previous internet reviews and their CCB records. Their estimates were inline with the others, but the pictures of the cabinets were better. My galley kitchen had soffits to be removed to expand the cabinets to the ceiling. This was complicated because of wires and pipes. Millspaugh has grouped up with very good plumbers, electricians, and a superb cabinet maker. My wife wanted fancier cabinet doors than normal, and they found the perfect style. IMPORTANT note for any contractor: we had very good communications with Millspaugh and the sub-contractors and they kept to the schedule. The prices were similar to what was quoted. I will be using them next year for remodeling the bathrooms and other projects."

The weather damage required a new man-door frame installation and the double garage door needed dry rot removal and mold removal, including siding replacement. The resulting repairs are exceptional and we are impressed. We have hired the same business to replace a dry-rotted fence and build a new gate, all done well!"
