He made my deck look brand new again and replaced the boards on my steps and the railing, as well as installing a new fan (things that my husband was supposed to fix and never did). Lady's if you have a honey do list that never gets done call Quinn services they will do a better job than your husband anyway."

"Chris was referred to me from a friend who he done work for. We were under tight time frame to get facia repaired from Home inspection to close sale on the house. Chris went to the house sent pictures of work needed to be done and provided a quote that evening that was lower than 2 others. Did the work on Labor day ,9/4/23 in one day and did the job correctly, replacing sheet of plywood and new roofing plus facia, trim and painting. Sent me pictures of final work. We live on Eugene, OR and rental was in North Bend. Chris was great to work with, would highly recommend him."

The crew that he sent to do the work was so friendly and hard working. We enjoyed chatting a bit with them each day. They worked diligently each day and got the job done quickly. They arrived promptly each morning and picked up each evening before heading out. Matt came by the day after everything was finished up to check the work himself and to see if we had any questions or concerns and to be sure we were satisfied. "Truly one of the most professional and hard-working contractors I have seen. They have been very thorough with the job, the preparation to paint on our old house that has been needing a new coat of paint for a long time has been extensive and most certainly not haphazard. There are so many different places where the wood has rotted out and they continue to take that all out and replace where needed like a professional job should be done. I have seen many contractors brush these types of things over due to the extra amount of work it takes, but that is not these guys. This company will make sure a job is done right! On a personal note, I also have a baby I need to put down for a nap each day, and they have been so understanding to work on the other side of the house and keep quiet until my baby wakes up. "Replaced my roof.  I have a large roof because I have a one story home with over 2100 square feet (not including the two car garage).  I took advantage of the Big Deal and because of that I was able to get a roof with a little better quality roof with 50 year warranty for the same price as 30 year warranty roofs. I also had them replace three sky lights.   I gave them a "C" for responsiveness because I had to email a couple of times to nail down a date for them to complete.  I'm still waiting for one of my sky lights and I haven't heard from him for a couple of weeks.

|Thank you for the big deal because although I have had a little frustration it is well worth it.  They completed the roof in 2 days and that is saying something during the winter and a large roof.  They cleaned up really well and I have already given them a reference to my Mom which I wouldn't do if I didn't think they were fair and didn't do a good job."
