"My service request was to replace my kitchen faucet that was leaking. It was a Moen that probably cost close to $200. when it was installed years ago. My Moen was replaced with a faucet and spray nozzle that was pretty cheap that felt like a cheap plastic. My Ex husband made the comment, “WOW! Looks like they went all out and bought that faucet from dollar general! Let’s see how long that thing lasts!” I hate to admit it, but this time he was right. When I would turn on the faucet, the water stream had no pressure. It was like a string of water that came out of the faucet. I would have to use the spray nozzle in order to get a forceful stream. Well yesterday, I reached for the nozzle and it broke. (That faucet had been installed less than 5 month ago.) So now, I have a little stream of water coming from the faucet with a broken spray nozzle. I decided I’m just going to have my son replace the whole thing with a Moen. I’ve always had a great experience with AHS. I probably won’t use AHS again to replace faucet fixtures etc. (I notified AHS about the problem soon after the faucet/sprayer was installed, but they said I would need to put in another work order. "Summary: experienced, skillful, very good workmanship, careful, attentive to detail, prompt, kept us informed, fair price, daily clean up, fast work - expertly organized and scheduled.

Arthur Shchukin came to give us an estimate of our additional bathroom + laundry. Being the first estimate we got, Arthur had to spend extra time with us so we could figure out the project and checked if we can connect plumbing under the house. We got other estimates but selected RSU Construction - his estimates was within affordable range. He came back and gave us a written estimate (we had decided to change a couple things in the interim) - and we scheduled a start date. Arthur was always on time (and he even worked evenings and all weekends). We did get what we had envisioned but Arthur had some great suggestions on materials and products.

Arthur kept us informed every step of the way with what he was doing. Although they were some challenges, he resolved professionally and quickly. He?s also communicated with county inspectors and did all the work by required code.

This project took 30 days to finish. Arthur Shchukin's work is great. He makes sure the work is done correctly - I'm completely confident that there won't be any issues with the workmanship on this job. His team workers were also excellent.

Everyday the job site was carefully cleaned up and care was taken to keep the construction mess contained and to prevent any damage or mess to the floors that were the pathway in and out of the bathroom being remodeled.

We will definitely call RSU Construction again for our next project."
