There are two listings specialists (Tami Ford, Tom Szczesniak), three buyers agents (Mike Hilarie, Karla Jefferson and Wade Norman), one commercial specialist (John Ford), two licensed transaction coordinator (Celia Roy and Gina Anders), and Lead Admin Assistant Catharina Moritz. Why a team? John and Tami started working in the business in 2008-2009. By 2010, which was the lowest point of the recession, our business had grown significantly to the point where the workload was almost unbearable.
