"First of all this was not an Angie'[Member Information Removed] List project, and to our knowledge you have went to every website possible to slander our company. Legal facts are with CCB and our insurance company, who also provided an engineer to your site, and findings were in our favor. We did have a meet set up with CCB, but you and your attorney cancelled the meeting, so we were not able to resolve. Our insurance company to whom was working with you waited for you to provide addt. info., and you never provided, so they closed the case. CCB has also closed the dispute. City Planner with Ore.City also inspected job site when completed and said that the problem was mitigated. The engineer that was hired from the insurance company disputed your facts and said that it could not have been our company that caused the damage. All engineers that went to site were in our favor, and not to slander your other contractor that went after the fact to your site to fix the septic system that was sliding, this contractor went through the whole project and destroyed everything we did, including fabric, french drain, all the plants and hillside materials placed were destroyed, and your contractor filled his septic hole with the plants that we placed on your hillside. Other pictures and docs show as proof, all in our favor. I am sorry that you feel that this was not resolved, but all inform., docs, pictures, emails show that the damage was not caused from our co."

"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for your awesome review, and yes, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you so much, Ted"
- Ted and his team delivered everything that they promised. They did a clean removal of a big concrete porch that wrapped around the side of our house. They left us with a clear surface of dirt angled appropriately.
- They were careful. They used sheer power for most of the excavation but used finesse and a careful touch when working near the foundation of the house.
- They were on time. They came the days they promised. They showed up on time and finished on time.
- They went beyond the call of duty. When it was clear that a large ugly plant was blocking the path to bringing in their equipment, Ted offered to remove it for a very reasonable price--and did a great job.
- Ted is extremely personable, direct, and reliable. He called to check in with me each day and at the end of the project to ensure that my wife and I were satisfied
"Glad we could be of help to you! Ted"
It's not a easy thing to trust somebody with an excavator in a small backyard in close proximity to your house. But Ted is an expert at what he does. Overall the job took two days, during which he and his team installed a deep dry well, built a french drain alongside our house, corrected the grade on two sides of the house, moved a shed in our back yard into a new location, removed an old chain link fence, built a small rock wall, and left the yard level and ready to landscape and plant.
In the first big rain since Ted's work was completed, everything worked perfectly. Our basement stayed dry, and the new drainage system whisked away water to the dry well. And we have the confidence that if anything does go wrong, Ted will stand by his work and make any needed corrections. Thanks for a job well done, Ted!
