"After Jose left, I saw that there was a dirty puddle of water on the tile in my entryway which he walked right past. Once it tried, the carpet was not as soft as it usually is after cleaning. There was one spot that did not get clean. I don't like to post a negative reviews so I was just going to tell him about those problems. But in the afternoon I went to water my plants and, not only had he not re-attached my hose, but there was a big hole in it so I couldn't water my plants on that very hot day. And that was too much. I decided to post this review."

"Song came to our home and looked the chair over. Looked for potential damages to the chair and showed us what to watch for. He explained the reason for the "noises" was the leather needed to be treated. He was honest and beyond helpful. We chose to get the conditioner and do it ourselves and he said if that doesn't handle the issue, call him and he would come back out."
