They cleaned the carpeting before we replaced it with hardwood. Price was reasonable. They weren't able to get the stains out and they disappeared after they cleaned and when the carpet dried they reappeared so I wasn't too happy about that. Wouldn't use again.

Chris (owner) was really great and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. He even threw in an alarm to warn if the pump is keeping up with the water flow. Hopefully we never see flooding like that again but if we do, we feel comfortable knowing the sump pump will keep our basement dry....

They are really good. We have grandchildren and a big dog and they work miracles. They charged $150 for a whole bunch of rooms. They cleaned the upholstery too. Also, I work in our local library and they hired them to clean the carpets and they did a wonderful job.
