"This is the second time I worked with Fine Finish on a remodeling project. I had the same crew as before, with the exception of one new assistant, which is great as relationships had been built from previous work. New to this project was the project plan which gave me a breakdown of exactly when key milestones would be completed by the crew and also gave me an idea when to make decisions on the cabinets we were going to have in the new space.  
Mark and his crew remodeled our basement space into a fantastic guest suite. We added some windows to add light into the area, and are very happy with the beautiful retreat and "spare" bathroom. The consultation (my husband was there to meet with the estimator) went well and the estimate reflected what was discussed. It ended up being more expensive than our budget will allow at this time so we haven't yet scheduled the work but it is really helpful to know what to plan for/expect and can adjust from there if necessary.

One minor point: Based on the graphic that is shown on the deal itself (which includes a blueprint) I had expected to receive some sort of visual representation of the remodeled bathroom with the estimate. It isn't really clear in the language that it was supposed to be provided so we didn't consider it to be a negative, but wanted to include it here in case others had the same expectation.
