They installed a new main line from the water meter to the house and did an excellent job. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our neighbors.

Eric and team were unbelievably responsive and proactive. Had an emergency issue (water main) needing immediate attention. While other crews estimated 5-7 days, Advanced Plumbing took initiative and arranged for the service ASAP. Thankful for this crew and would highly recommend to others.

They got out to us the same day of our leak, when others in our part of town were booked a week out. Got everything fixed up in about 90 minutes. My only gripe is that they didn't disclose rates ahead of time (though I probably should have asked). It was less than $20 for the parts, but the hourly rate was a bit of a shock.

Had an unexpected major water leak. Eric returned my call same day on a weekend. Very courteous and professional. Price was in my budget for a water main replacement and Eric provided a Veteran Discount for us. Answered all my questions before hand, during, and after. Eric, Devon, and Fred did an absolutely amazing job and they will have all my future business. I highly recommend them!

Leaking Water main. Excellent service, they came out the same day I called and gave me a quote on a Friday. I had water the following Monday. All nice guys.

Advanced contacted me within minutes and had someone out the same afternoon to make repairs. They were up front about all the costs and I was happy with their competitive prices. Too great care of my yard too while they worked . They were happy to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

They did a great job of installing a new water main to our home. Very little disruption to landscaping, and installed a new spigot.

Calling for service for something you know nothing about can be frightening. They responded immediately and all the steps needed to be taken were explained. They did not leave until everything was perfect! Advanced Plumbing will be the only plumber I ever call again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Erick and Devin were some of the most professional, responsive and friendly contractors I've ever worked with. We had a pipe break under our house, I had a different plumbing company scheduled originally, Erick from advanced called me the night after i requested help on home advisor. After one no show, reschedule and less than average professionalism from the other company I called Erick back and he was more than happy to do the job, the same day even! He was more than understanding with the stress of having a broken pipe and the urgency to get it fixed, they even beat the other companies price. Devin was the plumber that came out, this dude was awesome! You almost didn't even know he was there, he took such care in our home with the baby gate, he never left a mess (all though I wouldn't have mind) and was more than happy to answer all my questions at the end. I crawled under the house the next day and dang.... he did a bang up job down there with the 30 feet of pipe replacement in a bit of tight spot. Thank you Erick, Devin and Advanced plumbing, you guys are killing it.

Broken water main on New Year's Day! Called 12 plumbers the next day, only these guys were able to come out the following day (Saturday!) to fix it, everyone else said a week to 2 weeks out, 3 adults and 3 teen-agers using 1 manually-filled toilet! They were on time and completed the work in 1 day. I would definitely recommend them.

Eric at Advanced Plumbing did a fantastic job of informing us through out this main water line replacement project. They are professional, prompt, reasonable, and exceeded our expectations on every aspect of our job. I can very confidently recommend them for all you plumbing needs. If you are looking for someone that is honest, professional, and cost competitive, these are the guys for you! From the very first call, I could tell they were different. Eric gave us a free quote, site unseen, and stuck to his number. Our soil is extremely compact and rocky; this required them to contract out a larger drill than the one they own. This day and age, you wouldd expect a company to try to pass this on to the customer...not Advanced. About two weeks after the install, we experienced an extremely heavy rain which caused the regulator box to sink a few inches. Soon after, Eric was out to bring the box back to grade...free of charge. If you need a new water main (or other plumbing needs), stop looking and call Advanced! It will save you time and $$$$

We had a great experience with Eric & Fred from Advanced. Underground drill was being used so there were many obstacles to avoid as our utilities are all underground. They spent most of the day shoveling thru the rocky, clay soil to get a precise location of gas/electric lines before drilling. We never heard one negative comment and they worked hard all day. Everything very professional, friendly and positive attitudes. We are very happy with the return of our water pressure & volume. Highly recommend them.
