"We are very pleased with every facet of the project, beginning with a request for proposal to the finished project. Paul and his crew did an outstanding job in building the deck for our purchased gazebo kit. This was a Yardistry kit from Costco. Paul had previously assembled this kit so we included the assembly and install of the gazebo after he completed the cedar deck. He also did an outstanding job of installing a railing around the deck. We highly recommend Sokol Construction for any job he may be willing take."

We hired a crane to remove a hot tub and to put it back on the new deck.

"My experience with Oregon Valley construction LLC was excellent. Unfortunately they were unable to do my project because I had an ordering issue on my end and did not receive my patio set. Very friendly and professional."

"Over all We are happy with the job Clear Vision Did for us. The workmanship was over all good. I did see some things out of place but not a real big deal. The customer service in the beginning was a bit rough. I guess one owner did not want to honor our start update While the other owner DID THE RIGHT THING....THANKS to Michael and Gerry on getting it thru to the owners. After that The job went very good. Communication was great and there team listened and helped us make the right decisions as the job got finished. We got a 50 year roof with gutters. Thank you We are happy with the job, the roof looks great. Especial Thanks to Michael who sold us the job and walk us thru it and was there every step of the way and Gerry for being the leader Clear vision needs guide this company.. Gazebos questions, answered by experts

Yes, many gazebos are permanent structures built onto the land. However, if you have a portable gazebo that isn’t secured to the ground, you’ll want to check the manufacturer’s instructions to understand when to put it away. Generally speaking, when it’s particularly windy or wet outside, you should take down your temporary gazebo.

The main purpose of a gazebo is to provide a covered space for people to gather comfortably. They’re an excellent place for summertime get-togethers because the roof protects you and your guests from the sun. However, gazebos can also serve as a design feature, adding a bit of charm to a backyard or garden.

For many people, a gazebo is worth it, but it’s a matter of personal preference. If you love spending time outside but your yard doesn’t offer much protection from the sun or rain, then adding a gazebo might be worthwhile. Or, if you enjoy hosting dinner parties and want a nice outdoor space to gather with your friends, a gazebo could be a good investment.

Fascia and soffits differ in their location and design, but fascia vents are the most popular alternative to soffits. These are a bit more hidden than soffits, but depending on the structure of your roof, they can cost more to install and maintain. They are also installed around the entire roof, whereas soffits can be placed only where you need them or, if the aesthetics bother you, somewhere out of sight.

Several types of porches are available to meet your needs and style preferences. Some common porch types include:

  • Porticos are essentially a roof over a walkway leading to the home's front entrance.

  • Sunrooms are closed-in porches that are an extension of the house with glass or plastic panels that allow optimal sunlight.

  • Wraparound porches extend around the entire home, or at least the front and one side, and offer multiple entrances to the house.

  • Back porches are an extension of the home’s floor into the outdoors. These offer more protection and privacy than a deck.
