"I interviewed a few contractors to completely remodel my kitchen before choosing Millspaugh Maintenance Engineering because of the previous internet reviews and their CCB records. Their estimates were inline with the others, but the pictures of the cabinets were better. My galley kitchen had soffits to be removed to expand the cabinets to the ceiling. This was complicated because of wires and pipes. Millspaugh has grouped up with very good plumbers, electricians, and a superb cabinet maker. My wife wanted fancier cabinet doors than normal, and they found the perfect style. IMPORTANT note for any contractor: we had very good communications with Millspaugh and the sub-contractors and they kept to the schedule. The prices were similar to what was quoted. I will be using them next year for remodeling the bathrooms and other projects."

"Brian has repaired our siding, installed a door and re-furbished/painted our shed. He was on time every day and did great work. He was clean and conscientious. His apprentice, Andrew is also top notch. I would highly recommend him. Great guy to work with. Donna adds: They checked on things with me as they were doing the jobs, let me know what re-furbishing needed to be done. Left the yard tidied up for next day finishing the 2-day job. Left the yard very cleaned up after completing the jobs on the door and shed. Very careful of our plants; and surrounding areas, not to get paint on them, or nearby items.
