"My carport collapsed from very wet, heavy snow. Even though it was a very busy time for him, Matt Hunter came up with a week of when I contacted him. The final cost of the job was less than his estimate and the new carport is much sturdier and better looking than the previous one. He also installed two handrails for the staircase inside my house and a grab bar in my shower. The cost was more than fair and the quality of the finished work was great. I would highly recommend Matt for any construction project."

"I’m assuming this company has the capacity to do good work based on their reputation that I was aware of, however they are new to Eugene & the new techs that did the install didn’t know what they were doing. Their coating became porous & brittle within a month & after finally getting one of their project leads to my home for inspection, which was an ordeal in & of itself, they admitted a faulty job, offered me 50% discount on the condition that they could come back & redo the project when it fit my schedule better & I would pay them the 50% back. However I have not received the discount yet & I have had to reach back out to them to request it & now all I’m getting is a request to leave a review. Lol"

Pervious concrete should be between 4 and 8 inches thick to drain water properly. Surfaces like parking lots and driveways should be at least 6 inches thick to accommodate the weight of vehicles, while patios and walkways may be poured between 4 and 6 inches thick. Resurfacing a concrete slab can be worth it if the concrete is in decent condition and has minor cracks, chips, or discoloration. If the concrete is cracked, peeling, sunken, or broken up, then replacing your concrete is probably more cost-effective in the long run and will give you a better outcome. Resurfaced concrete is only as good as the concrete underneath the new overlay material. If the concrete is peeling or cracked, the peeling and cracks are likely to show through the new surface.
